For the better part of 2021, I was a junior Structural Designer for Great Northern Corp. While there, I learned the ins and outs of commercial packaging and temporary displays. (I also got way too many paper cuts). Below are some of the structures I was able to design myself, or had a hand in creating.
Below are some render tests for Henschel and Steinau. Provided with the specs for each display, I was tasked with modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering them in Maya.
I was commissioned by my dear friend Adam Ledet to design and layout his business card. He is a GM for hire, and is one of the best people to ever play DnD with. His business card was designed to incorporate aspects of DnD to visually inspire those he hands them to. After some initial hand sketches, it was finalized in Illustrator.
Unravelings is the one woman show created by my dear friend Hannah Chomiczewski. I was given the honor of designing her show’s pamphlets with free creative control. I ended up making four versions for her to use. I tried to mirror the title and theme of her show in the format of these pamphlets as well as in the design and logo. I kept the color palette simple and intense, as her performance in this play is. These were laid out for printing on 8.5x11 computer paper using InDesign.
Blue Red is a 16 page zine I made as a collection of sketches I’ve done in red and blue pencil lead. (It’s my favorite medium to draw in). I laid out the zine so the sketches progressed in color with the end pages. The sketches include some original character designs, scenery, and fanart. Again, these were laid out for printing on 8.5x11 computer paper using InDesign
